As my existing ride or dies already know, Equity, Inclusion and #SocialJustice became my #passion when I was diagnosed with #breastcancer and realized I wasn't happy with what I was doing in my life.

When I lived in Korea one of the many things I learned was the use of both hands when pouring a drink, shaking hands or handing something to another. It shows respect. I often work to remember that, especially when at a Korean restaurant.

Wanna know the sweetest part of my job? Seeing someone experience a truth for the first time and hearing "Wow! I've never thought of it that way!" Then be totally blown away.

That's what both my children said when they saw me this morning after what I'm calling a "Blue Zeal" incident.
**
Instead of #washing the semi-permanent grey color out regularly, I got inspired to use my "brass-off" blue shampoo.
**
This is the final product.
**
Got me thinking. . . How many times #businessleaders get over zealous and screw up a perfectly good, easy #initiative.
**
Then, instead of owning the #mistake (my hair will grow and this color will wash away, so why hide) they double down and make things worst.
**
What if instead we work on #flow...#accepting and #pivoting with less #worry and #angst.
**

If I wrote a #book about my life, the title would be "Squiggles & Giggles", because #life is not linear and I've been a lot of places, done a lot of things and enjoyed a lot of #laughs along the way.

You never know… it could be all the rage at a book club meeting in the future!

I’m sure my best friends have an endless list of words to describe yours truly, but if they had to narrow it down to just three words, I bet they’d call me #loyal, #fun-loving, and #laid-back.

While I guess they may be right (after all, they’ve known me for years), I also #appreciate the kind words that my #clients have used, like #knowledgeable, #relatable, and #kind.
**
I couldn’t be more #thankful hearing ALL of these kind words!
